Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

The delivery times below are estimations, thus there might be delays and inherent to the transport companies capacity.

This delivery times apply for the items available in our inventory.
If you find on the product description the following information “Delivery in X-Z Business Days “ , it means that you need to sum this number of days indicated in the product description with the number of days in the shipping option below.

Portugal Domestic Shipping:

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING – Delivery in 1-2 working days ( 0€ )
    • Shipping the same business day if ordered before 1pm (Monday to Friday)
    • Shipping for Island of Azores & Madeira are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping, however delays might occur.

 

European Shipping:

  • STANDARD SHIPPING:
    • ZONE 1: Delivery in 3-5 working days ( 15,00 € ) -  (Spain, France, Mónaco, Germany, Áustria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg)
    • ZONE 2: Delivery in 4-7 working days ( 23,00 € ) - (Others Countries of Europe)
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING - (Monday to Friday only must be ordered before 10am for next day delivery).
    • ZONE 1: Delivery in 1-2 working days ( 27,50 € ) -  (France, Mónaco, Germany, Áustria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg)
    • ZONE 2: Delivery in 1-3 working days (35,00 € ) - (Others Countries of Europe)

 

Rest of the World Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (30,00€) - (1-4 weeks)
  • Express Tracked Shipping (65,00€) (1-3 working days)

Refunds due to delays are not applied

 

 

Customs Fees

Countries outside of Europe may be subject to customs charges and fees.
In case the package is stopped by local customs, the recipient should contact the national customs authorities for advice.
This would be cause delays on deliveries and are out of our responsibility.

The recipient will have to pay these before the parcel is released to them.

In case the parcel is returned to us, due to customs issues, we will only refund the value paid for the shoes. The shipping price will not be refunded.
