Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind you can contact us within a period of 24 hours from when your order has been placed in order to cancel your purchase.

However, If the order is shipped within that period it is not possible to cancel.

If the delivery is not concluded, if the shipping is free for the client, the refund will be issued to client, deducting the amount paid for the shipping on the total order.

 

 

Customs Fees

Countries outside of Europe may be subject to customs charges and fees.
In case the package is stopped by local customs, the recipient should contact the national customs authorities for advice.
This would be cause delays on deliveries and are out of our responsibility.

The recipient will have to pay these before the parcel is released to them.

In case the parcel is returned to us, due to customs issues, we will only refund the value paid for the shoes. The shipping price will not be refunded.

 

Can I sell my boots to you?

Yes, if you have Original, Elite and Brand News Boots.

Send us photos, size and price through email or Instagram.

 

Warranties

 

We cannot provide any warranties or guarantees on the products lifetimes, durability or performance.

Due to the age and exclusivity of our inventory, the football boots may lose their priorities (i.e. the gluing and collages), which open the chance of the items to rip, break or become damaged from usage. Thus you are using the boots on your own risk and responsibility.

We will not issue any refund.

 

As a reseller, we only guarantee the authenticity of the products.

 

We also advise you to check the reviews of the boots on the manufacturer’s website and inform yourself about the correct shoes to use on the correct surface. Using soleplates not according to be correct pitches might damage the boots and possibly cause injuries. It is recommend that you make sure that the boots you use are specifically designed for the surface you plan to play them on.

FG – Firm Ground – For natural grass surfaces

AG – Artificial Grass – For artificial pitches

SG – Soft-Ground – For wet and muddy pitches
